UK’s Fine Arts Institute | You can choose from 3-12 week course classes like ceramics, drawing, and woodworking or attend a day workshop for perfecting your painting and photography skills.
Living Arts & Science Center | If you’re looking for a fresh date night idea, the Couples Wheel Throwing class kicks off Thursday, Feb. 12. Be sure to keep an eye out for more offerings throughout the year.
Lexington Public Library | Learn a new skill or just swing by a crafty social hour at your local LPL. Class offerings vary, but consider trying out knitting, watercolor painting, or craft an air plant ornament. Pro tip: Filter events by your age group for the best recommendations.
La Bonne Vie | This personal chef company serves fresh, locally sourced cuisine and is ready to show you the ropes. Choose from classes tailored to your interests, from Knife Skills 101 to Cooking for 2: Gourmet Soups and Sandwiches.
Harkness Edwards Vineyards | This local vineyard’s event lineup does not disappoint. Alongside non–food-related classes, current offerings include pumpkin roll and cannoli making, Valentine’s pasta making, and several “Galentine’s” events — often with a complimentary glass of wine.
