Beginning today, we will host several voting rounds within our newsletters and social channels to determine City’s best brewery. Who moves on is up to you. Vote for your favorites, and the brewery with more votes moves on. Simple as that. We’ll go until we have a champion, which will be announced in our Friday, March 31 newsletter. You will be able to vote once per round.
How to participate
Vote for the brewery you’d like to see advance to round two using this poll. You can vote for all four spots or as little as one. Once we count all the votes, we’ll share an updated bracket and new poll in an upcoming newsletter.
Want to fill out a bracket to see if you can guess who will win? Download and print the image above to take the competition up a notch. If your bracket is correct, send us a photo for a shoutout + bragging rights.

Are you ready to have your biscuits buttered?
Maple Street Biscuit Company will host its grand opening on Wednesday, March 15 at 2270 Nicholasville Rd. in the Zandale shopping center.
The elevated breakfast + lunch spot features all the classics you want from a southern-style breakfast, with an emphasis on biscuits, of course.
The chain was purchased by Cracker Barrel in 2019, and has dozens of locations nationwide, but this will be Lexington’s first. Maple Street Biscuit Company’s Instagram-worthy biscuit sandwiches have even been featured on Food Network’s “Guilty Pleasures.”
Is it just us or has there been a biscuit boom lately? With Tudor’s Biscuit World opening in 2020, and Biscuit Belly revealing that it will open two additional locations over the next year, it’s probably time to loosen your belt notches.
