‘Tis the season for holiday displays to light up the city. Here are some festive findings around Lexington so you can let it glow.

Chinoe House, 1008 Chinoe Rd.

A true Lexington tradition, this Chinoe home is among the most memorable light displays in town. The white house is adorned with thousands of lights for passersby to enjoy, or you can pay a fee to see the holiday magic up close.

Fire Station #20, 3001 Arrowhead Dr.

The Harrodsburg Road-area fire station transforms into an epic, music-driven wonderland every Christmas season. Drop off donated toys for Lexington Firefighter’s Toy Program, turn the radio knob to 91.1 FM, and enjoy the show.

Tucked away across the street from the Park Hills Shopping Center is a light show unlike any other. Come see the massive Grinch inflatable and stay to enjoy a synchronized display that emulates all things community.

Shaker Village Illuminated Evenings, 3501 Lexington Rd., Harrodsburg

Throughout December, Shaker Village turns into a North Pole extension office. The grounds will be decorated with thousands of twinkling lights, complete with a hot drink station, bonfires, and a chance to meet Santa + Mrs. Claus.

Take a three-mile driving tour of Christmas lights showcasing the “12 Days of Christmas,” then stretch your legs by exploring the Holiday Village featuring Tootie’s Peppermint Café, photo opportunities, and a petting zoo.

Toronto Road Holidays, 200 Toronto Rd.

Can you say holy inflatable? This home on Toronto Road does not mess around, with a community of inflatables decorating its lawn.

Triangle Park, 400 W. Main St.

If you’re taking a stroll through downtown, be sure to stop by the seasonal beacon of Lexington — the massive live Christmas tree featuring 1,800 ft of lights at Triangle Park.
