Louisville’s Jeff’s Donuts announced it will open its first location outside of the 502 near UK’s campus. No timeline has been announced, but donut-lovers can look forward to 40 varieties, including 22 different flavors of long johns — like vanilla-iced fruity pebbles + peanut butter chips. Thanks to feedback from a Picadome neighborhood meeting, new crosswalks have been installed at Clays Mill + Harrodsburg Roads. Prior to installation, pedestrians experienced nearly a mile-long walk between crosswalks. LexTran will also move its Cheryl Lane bus stop closer to the intersection. (WEKU)
