It’s not every day a piece of property packed with history, multiple dwellings, and acres of land hits the market. Say hello to the Marylou Whitney Farm. Before we dive into what we love, here are some fast facts:
  • Located at 3521 Bryan Station Rd.
  • Listed for $6+ million
  • 72 acres of farmland featuring three dwellings, as well as a cozy wooden chapel, two barns, and two equipment sheds
The Federal-style main house boasts eight bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 8,400 sqft of brightly colored walls, sunny porches, and countless rooms filled with equine excellence.

Other notable features include:
  • A bold red trophy room with neighboring wet bar
  • A dinner porch that opens to an expansive brick patio
  • The hand-carved woodwork on the walls and ceiling of “the Egyptian room”
  • A Romanesque atrium-style pool house containing an Olympic size pool
