As you may have seen by now, Kentucky’s largest pickleball facility just opened in Lexington. With classes, lessons, social events, and more fun awaiting, it’s a wonderful way to get involved with the country’s fastest-growing sport.

The path to a ninth national title just came into focus for the Wildcats. The UK Men’s Basketball team released its SEC schedule for the 2025-2026 season yesterday, starting at the Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday, Jan. 3. The Bluegrass State is getting its first medical marijuana dispensary later this year. Officials have approved the facility in the Ohio County city of Beaver Dam, set to open in the fall. It’s the first of 14 that will open across Kentucky in the coming years. (WLKY)
