If you’re like me, you may have been unfamiliar with the major construction project on East Maxwell Street. After some research, I found it will soon be home to MXWL, a 350,000-sqft student living complex.
Slated to open in fall 2027, the 277-unit, 655-bed facility will include an underground garage, exterior courtyards, and rooftop amenities.
Future Wildcats will be packing light, as these units will come fully furnished with private bathrooms, walk-in closets, washers and dryers, and more.
