UK HealthCare confirmed plans to build an outpatient treatment center in Hamburg, located near Interstates 64 and 75 on land acquired in 2022. A UK HealthCare spokesperson said the project is in the “pre-development phase,” and a construction timeline has not yet been set. (Lexington Herald-Leader)

Kentuckians can now go digital with their IDs. Gov. Andy Beshear announced the Kentucky Mobile ID, a secure digital version of your standard or REAL ID driver’s license + ID cards. It’s accepted at more than 250 airport TSA checkpoints — but you’ll still need a physical ID for other purposes, so don’t ditch it just yet.

Lexington’s Cinemark location at Fayette Mall will offer customers a BYOBucket experience on Sunday, Jan. 18 and Monday, Jan. 19 to celebrate National Popcorn Day. Visitors will be able to fill up nearly any container (including a five-gallon bucket) for $5, so get creative with it.
