Kids

Registration is open for Lexington Parks & Recreation’s summer camps, with 16 options and more than 80 sessions available. Options include Camp Kearney, Equestrian Camp at Masterson Station Park, Tennis and Swim Camp at Shillito Park, and more. Families can sign up online or in person at the Parks & Recreation Administrative Office.

Pollo Azul on South Upper Street has permanently closed following January’s ice storm. Owner Carlo Vaccarezza plans to partner with Seth Bennett to revive Two Keys Tavern at 503 S. Upper St., bringing the longtime UK favorite back to campus this spring. (Lexington Herald-Leader)

Two local locations of the Lexington-founded chain Fazoli’s have reportedly closed. The Richmond Road and Nicholasville Road restaurants are listed as permanently closed online, and calls to the Richmond Road site were unanswered, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader. (Lexington Herald-Leader)
