Monday, April. 3
Create: Recycled T-Shirt Tote Bags | Monday, Apr. 3 | 3-4 p.m. | Lexington Public Library, Beaumont Branch, 3080 Fieldstone Way, Lexington | Free | Kids ages 5+ will get to recycle a t-shirt into a fun and funky tote bag for them to take home.
Weather permitting, the traffic signal at Short and Jefferson Streets will be decommissioned + replaced with stop signs. The signals will go into an all-red, flash mode for 90 days to let drivers get familiar with the change. Work will take place Monday, April 3 at ~9 a.m.

Andy’s Frozen Custard officially opened its second location this week at 2800 Richmond Rd. The menu of the Missouri-based chain is full of custom custard creations like turtle sundaes, malts + more. The first Kentucky location opened last year at 1200 S. Broadway.
