There are a plethora of health and fitness programs to take part in across Lexington’s four locations. In addition to gym facilities, YMCA offers a variety of coaching and support programs, including personal training, chronic condition support, group exercise classes, and health coaching.

LiveWELL, 233 E. Main St.
With an emphasis on function movements, the trainers at LiveWELL do their research to help you attain your fitness goals in a safe and welcoming environment. Open to all levels of fitness, you’ll receive a customized workout that can be completed one-on-one with a trainer or in a small group of up to four.

New year new you, right? The Manchester wants to help you start your 2025 feeling fresh with its Wellness Club event this Saturday, Jan. 11. Head up to the Lost Palm from 1 to 4 p.m. for skin care regimens, IV treatments, and mocktails.

Outdoors

Grow those gardening skills with the Seedleaf Agroforestry Program. The nonprofit will host three informational sessions, including one this weekend, where you can learn the benefits of food forests + tools to grow your own.

State

In response to Governor Andy Beshear’s state of emergency declaration, the Attorney General has activated the “Price Gouging Hotline.” If you suspect a business has increased their prices by more than 10% since Beshear’s emergency announcement, you can report it online or via the phone. (WEKU)
