Indianapolis-based brunch favorite Cafe Patachou opens its new Lexington location Friday, Nov. 21, at 4040 Finn Way, Ste. 110. Hours are 7 a.m.–3 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m.–3 p.m. weekends. Bonus: The first 50 guests get a branded travel mug and free drip coffee through the end of the year.
