Halloween season is here, and it’s bringing all things that go bump in the night.

If you’re ready for some fright-filled fun, here are a few Halloween movie nights lighting up screens in Lexington this month.

Night of Frights

Grab a cold beer and settle in for spine-chilling scenes — Burl Brew is showing Halloween favorites every Wednesday in October at 8 p.m.

  • Wednesday, Oct. 15 — “The Addams Family”
  • Wednesday, Oct. 22 — “Jennifer’s Body” + “Trick ‘r Treat”
  • Wednesday, Oct. 29 — “The Silence of the Lambs” + “Child’s Play”

Freaky Flicks

Bring your picnic setup, come dressed in a costume, and get ready to boogie at the pre-movie Monster Mash dance party starting at 6:30 p.m.

  • Friday, Oct. 10 — “Halloweentown” at Masterson Station Park

Freaky Fridays

Enter if you dare. The Kentucky Theatre will host a 10 p.m. screening of this Italian horror cult classic for $6.50.
