As we settle into the new year, several major development projects are expected to be completed in the coming months. So, strap in — we’ve got a quick rundown for you:

Baptist Health Hamburg

A portion of the 330,000+ sqft outpatient care campus along Polo Club Boulevard is set to open this April , including its emergency room and outpatient surgery center.

Marksbury Lexington Public Library

The two-story, 30,000-sqft library located at 2185 Versailles Rd. is expected to welcome Lexingtonians this fall. The $17 million project will feature an outdoor reading area, a makerspace, and dedicated classrooms.

Lexington Sporting Club Complex

Our soccer team’s new $82 million home is expected to be completed in late 2024. The stadium + youth soccer field complex will be located just off of I-75 along Athens-Boonesboro Road — making it a focal point for out-of-towners.
