From the Bluegrass 10K to the fireworks spectacular, the Horse Capital’s patriotic party begins Saturday, July 1. Grab your best red, white, and blue + get ready to celebrate Independence Day, Lexington style.

Patriotic Concert | 5 + 7:30 p.m. | Transylvania University and Gratz Park, W. Third St. | Pre-show will be Young at Heart Big Band, followed by the Lexington Philharmonic

Tuesday, July 4

Bluegrass 10,000 and Fun Run | 7:25 a.m. + 8:30 a.m. | Corner of Main St. and N. Limestone St.

Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular | 10 p.m. | Launched from the R. J. Corman rail yard near Main Street and Oliver Lewis Way
