A new year means new health + fitness goals for many. What better way to crush your goals than by supporting local along the way? We’ve rounded up some locally-owned facilities to move your body.
Reach, 726 National Ave.
Lexington’s only VersaClimber studio offers a zero-impact, calorie-torching workout in just 30 minutes. But that’s not all they offer. Reach has mobility + cardio classes along with group weight training. Its new client, two-week intro special is only $50.

CycleYOU, 165 Midland Ave.
Despite the name, CycleYOU is more than just cycling. It has kickboxing, barre, strength + spin — all the group fitness classes you’ve ever wanted under one roof. Your first class is free.

Bonus: CycleYOU also has infrared sauna beds and livestream classes. Yes, you can break a sweat without even moving.

Studio11, 250 E. Short St.
If you miss trampoline workouts then get downtown for Bounce at Studio11. The class works the whole body — building lean muscle through low impact, high-intensity cardio moves. If rebounders aren’t your thing, sweat it out + tone it up with their infrared yoga, yoga sculpt, and cardio classes. First timers, one class on the house.

Vibe Barre & Fitness, 1170 Manchester St.
Vibe is a whole vibe. The Distillery District spot is bringing you leg-shaking + arm-toning barre classes of all levels and lengths.

Pro tip: To celebrate its one-year anniversary, Vibe is offering free classes all weekend.

Reform Pilates, 309 N. Ashland Ave.
Crush your core with Reform’s unique pilates reformer classes. If you’re looking for a slow burn, slide into a group reformer session. If you really want to get the heart pumping, mix it up with a pilates-tabata mash-up in Sweat + Sculpt. New clients enjoy three classes for $45.

CSS Wellness, 3440 Richmond Rd.
Standing for Convenient, Simple, Success, CSS Wellness offers fast-paced HIIT classes, relaxed small group training, or one-on-one instruction. New clients get a free initial fitness assessment prior to joining.

Creative Yoga, 660 E. Main St.
No better place to be on a cold winter’s day than a 100-degree room. Creative Yoga offers a variety of vinyasa flow classes for all levels. Never tried yoga? Try the 101 Class on Sunday afternoons.

Proof Fitness, 4101 Tates Creek Centre Dr. + 230 W. Main St.
Both Proof Fitness locations offer an all-inclusive workout space for you to do your own thing or get sweaty with friends in a group class setting. Get in a rowing session, try some cycling or a fusion class the blends them all. New members can start their Proof journey with $0 enrollment + $0 activation.

LiveWELL Training, 333 E. Main St.
The Main St. spot custom designs programming based on your body mechanics. LiveWELL offers functional movement training in a small group setting. Make friends + a positive impact on your overall wellbeing. Get downtown for this dealthree semi-private classes for $79.

StrongerLife, 821 National Ave.
