Music is in the air. The Lexington Philharmonic has released its 2025-2026 season, a celebration of homegrown talent, diversity, and musical history. Conducted by Music Director Mélisse Brunet, the 64th season will take LexPhil from Josephine Sculpture Park to the Lexington Opera House and everywhere in between.
Lexington Musicians Shine
This season, LexPhil continues the proud tradition of appearing onstage with local musicians. Part of the 250Lex celebrations, the Concert for Lexington on Sunday, Sept. 7 will include performances by:
- Ben Sollee
- Joslyn & The Sweet Compression
- Central Kentucky Youth Orchestra
- a world premiere by Shawn E. Okpebholo

LexPhil is no stranger to the spotlight. Not only does this season include world premieres, it also includes collaborations with globe-trotting artists.
