Lace up for the 2023 Bluegrass Autism Walk, taking place at Counter Clocks Field on Sunday, Sept. 10. Sign up to support The Autism Society of the Bluegrass, where you’ll be greeted with family-friendly entertainment, games, a silent auction, and the 2K walk.

The Living Arts & Sciences Center’s newest exhibit, “Living Connections,” is just days away from debuting. The interactive exhibit focuses on the link between humans and nature — aka biophilia. Head to 362 N. Martin Luther King Blvd. on Saturday, Sept. 9 at 10:30 a.m. for the ribbon cutting.

In a previous newsletter, we told you about the Lexington Public Library’s newest exhibit “Undesign the Red Line.” Originally, we stated that the exhibit was now open. However, it will actually be available to the public on Friday, Sept. 22 and will run through Friday, Nov. 17.

I kicked off Friday eve with a showing of the documentary “Chunky Schrapnel” as part of the Expansion Psychedelic and Music Experience Festival. The festivities continue throughout the weekend, including a full lineup of music this Saturday, Aug. 26.
