This studio brings the heat with its schedule full of toasty temps. Beginners will love easing into the flow with Yoga 101 on Sunday afternoons, or kick your practice up a notch with its Power Hour classes.

Build stamina and strength without the flow in its Bikram-esque Sterling 60 or Iron Hour classes. But Vinyasa fans don’t fret, it’s got you (and mat Pilates lovers) covered, too.

Located in the heart of NoLi, owner + teacher Ivy offers a unique variety of heated yoga sessions including a body-loosening stretch class and muscle-strengthening buff bootcamp yoga.

While this Warehouse Block spot is known for its plethora of Pilates offerings, it also hosts a variety of yoga options including slow flow, Birkram, and Vinyasa.

Yogis will love the infrared Power Yoga class that includes modifications for all levels, or switch things up and spike the heart rate with Focus, a high-intensity barre + yoga blend.
