Unique pieces of work can be found in conventional art spaces think: Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center, Living Arts & Science Center, or the 21c Museum Hotel — as well as unconventional spots like Central Bank + First Presbyterian Church. Map out your tour.

That’s not the only artsy happening this Friday — UK’s School of Art and Visual Studies’ Spring 2024 Visiting Artist and Scholar Series opens at 12 p.m. at Bolivar Art Gallery.

The event is free and open to the public + will host a lecture with multimedia artist Alice Pixley Young. Bolivar Art Gallery is open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. + Saturday, 12-4 p.m.
