Hey Lexington, City Editor Aayat here, and I’ll fully admit I’m mad about matcha. I know how difficult it can be to find a good matcha latte, but Drink Up Month gave me the perfect opportunity to research Lexington’s best earthy green drink + recipes.

After reaching out to our readers about their favorite matcha spots, here is what y’all suggested:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Matcha with (or without) Lion’s Mane
  • 10oz hot water
  • 2 oz of almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp of coconut butter
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.
