Lexington Professional Baseball announces team name
And just like that, we’re back in blue and green. | Photo by LEXtoday
The Legends are back, baby.
After some not-so-subtle hints over the past month, it’s officially official. The new owners of Lexington Professional Baseball have announced that the club will return to its original name, the Lexington Legends.
“This is an exciting time for all of us. We are here now to bring baseball in Lexington back to the glory days,” said Alan Stein, partner and former president of Lexington Professional Baseball. “We know that this is a community asset and it belongs to you.”
The announcement is a welcome one from the public’s perspective after the 2023 season. Let’s recap how we got here:
Cute, matte black shower shelves that stick to your shower wall + give you way more room to store products. Our favorite feature: The shelves are 100% rust-proof, meaning they’ll last over time and allow for easy cleaning.
Attention, vegans. Martine’s has some pretty sweet news for you, and it comes in the form of cake. That’s right, they have introduced a new menu item: a three-layer almond lemon cake with rosemary + sliced almonds. Now, which bakery wants to tackle a gluten-free one for me?
