From concerts + parades, Pride brings months of festivities to Lexington in 2024.

Pride is here, Lexington. If you’re looking to mingle with members of the community and allies, there are plenty of opportunities in June (and throughout the whole year) to celebrate. Here are a few highlights. Pro tip: Check our events page as new events pop up.

Global Day of Running | Wednesday, June 5, 7 p.m. | Ecton Park, 956 Turkey Foot Rd.
Lace up those shoes, don your most colorful garb, and kick off Pride Month with Frontrunners Lexington, John’s Run/Walk Shop, and Bluegrass Runners. Then, join the crew at Blaze Pizza for a fundraiser dinner.

Pride Restaurant Week | Friday, June 7-Saturday, June 15 | Times + locations vary
Snack on colorful treats + drinks while supporting the Lexington Pride Center. Participating restaurants include Third Street Stuff & Coffee, County Club, and Old North Bar.

Lex Lez Night | Thursday, June 13, 6 p.m. | Crossings, 117 N. Limestone
This monthly series begins at Lussi Brown Coffee Bar and ends the night around the corner for burlesque performances, music, drinks, and more.

Pride Market | Sunday, June 16, 12-5 p.m. | The Void Sake Co., 819 National Ave., Ste. 120
Shop from dozens of vendors selling handmade crafts, home goods, jewelry, art + more, get inked up with a flash design from Keyhole Tattoo, then grab a bite from Biscuit Daddies.

Pride Month Happy Hour | Friday, June 21, 5-7 p.m. | Wise Bird Cider, 1174 Manchester St.
Mingle with folks while sipping on ciders, cocktails, and nibbling on goodies from Little Fork in support of the 2024 Pride Run 5K.

“Under the Southern Cross” | Thursday, June 27, 8 p.m. | The Kentucky Theatre, 214 E. Main St.
Celebrate Pride Month with an encore screening of this new documentary about Lexington artist Henry Faulkner. Plus, come early for a happy hour ($1 off beer, wine, and cocktails) beginning at 7 p.m.

Pints for Pride | Friday, June 28, 6-10 p.m. | Pivot Brewing, 1400 Delaware Ave.
Celebrate love + support your fellow Lexingtonians with drag shows, fire performances, games, and more. Proceeds from the special Pride Cider Yass Queen will benefit Lexington Pride Center.

2024 Pride Festival | Saturday, June 29, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. | Central Bank Center, 430 W. Vine St.
Celebrate, commemorate, and express yourself at this year’s annual Pride Festival.

Elaborate dances, rock ‘n roll music, + Dr. Frank-N-Furter — need we say more? Don’t be surprised if you’re sitting next to a member of The Master’s Affairs shadow cast, blended into the crowd.

Rainbow Revival Brunch | Sunday, June 30, 11 a.m. | Lost Palm, 941 Manchester St.
The ultimate Pride Sunday Funday is at The Manchester’s rooftop bar with music, drinks, buffet-style food stations + comedy from Dixie Longate. Tickets are $45.

Disco Under the Stars | Sunday, June 30, 7-9 p.m. | The Grove, 200 W. Main St.
Wrap up the Pride celebrations with live music + dancing in the Harvey’s Beer Garden.

Pride in the Park | Saturday, September 14, 12-7 p.m. Woodland Park, 601 High St.
This annual Kentucky Black Pride event features local art, exhibits, music + drag performances, and food.
