Luxury apartments are coming to Lake Fontaine

More Lakeside living is coming to Lexington.

Say hello to The Landing at Lakewood Harbour. Located at 519 Laketower Dr. along Reservoir No. 2, the new high-end mid-rise apartments are expected to open Fall 2024.

The five-story, 100-unit complex is being developed + operated by Andover Management Group. All units will feature lakeside views with floor plans ranging from 850 sqft to 1,950 sqft.

In addition to condo-grade finishings, other amenities include:

  • 10- to 12-ft ceilings
  • Hardwood-style flooring
  • Private balconies
  • Poolside wine bars
  • Pergola-covered outdoor seating
  • A dog park
  • Common areas with fire pits
