The Lexington Habitat ReStore needs donations. The ReStore, which supports Lexington families in need of affordable housing, makes donating easy (read: they do the heavy lifting). The most sought-after donations are gently used furniture, household items, appliances, books, and building materials.

Here’s how to donate:

  • Drop off donations from 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday at 451 Southland Dr.
  • Schedule a no-cost pickup service for large donations. Bonus: Their deconstruction service uninstalls items, like donated cabinet sets and appliances, at no cost to the homeowner.
