The temperatures aren’t the only thing creating a chill in the air, so is the announcement of Winter Fest.

Beginning Friday, Nov. 25, Greyline Station will transform into a winter wonderland, hosting various holiday markets, pop-up vendors serving up seasonal treats, as well as Lexington’s newest indoor ice-skating rink.

The rink will be in the middle of the NoLi venue, taking over the space that previously housed Julietta Market.

Other changes coming

When the seasonal fun comes to a close on Sunday, Dec. 31, Greyline Station owner Chad Needham said that the interior space will be overhauled to become a new food hall in 2024.

After the announcement that Julietta Market would not be renewing its lease, a couple of businesses have moved onto new homes. However, many have transitioned from the former Julietta Market space to permanent storefronts on the perimeter of Greyline Station including Dre’s Barbershop, Rayann’s Popcorn and Papa Pretzel.
