Hey, y’all — City Editor Molly here.
Some of you may know this, but I’ve been teaching yoga around town for about seven years. So, when I saw the opportunity to take a class taught by one of my favorite teachers, at a venue I’d never been to, I jumped at the opportunity.

Here are three things I loved about yoga at The Headley Whitney Museum:

  • The drive out on Old Frankfort Pike + the grounds of the museum are just gorgeous.
  • The welcoming environment that’s perfect for all levels.
  • Getting to reflect and unwind before starting a new week.

And lucky for you, there are more opportunities for you to flow with compassion (you’re practicing within the new Shades of Compassion exhibit), thanks to a series with local yoga guide Lissa Sims.

Save your spot for the second session in the four-part series on Sunday, May 7 from 4 to 5 p.m.
