In case you missed it, yesterday, April 15, God’s Pantry Food Bank celebrated the grand opening of its new facility and launched the $40 million “Building the Future, Nourishing Communities” capacity campaign.

Nearly 265,000 people in Central and Eastern Kentucky are experiencing hunger. This campaign aims to address that need by:

  • Increasing meal capacity from 40.5 million to 60 million annually
  • Supporting the Food Rescue Program and expanding additional programs
  • Investing in partner food pantries and meal programs
