The Citation Boulevard area just keeps on growing. It recently celebrated the opening of Lexington’s first Publix, as well as the announcement of a Papi’s joining the shopping center. The latest development? A 280-unit multifamily apartment community called The Remington.

Located at 2350 Remington Way off Georgetown Road, the complex will feature 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units constructed by Louisville’s Denton Floyd Real Estate Group. The luxury living community will also feature:

  • An exclusive clubhouse with resort-style heated saltwater pool
  • Communal fire pits + grilling stations
  • 24-hour fitness center complete with yoga room, express market, micro-office spaces, coffee bar, meditation pod, and bike repair room
