While there’s only three more weeks until school starts, Summer Programming at the Lexington Public Library is still in full swing. Let’s see what’s in store for children, teens, and adults during Week 8.

Tuesday, July 25

  • DIY Sock Puppets | 3-4 p.m. | Meeting Room at the Village Branch | Middle schoolers through adults can learn to make a puppy plushie from a sock.

Wednesday, July 26

  • Art Club | 6-7 p.m. | Northside Branch | Adults and seniors are invited to tap into their creative side with elementary school-style art lessons.

Thursday, July 27

  • Science of Bubbles | 2-3 p.m. | Central Library | Kids ages 3-12 will love using different solutions to make the best bubbles.

Friday, July 28

  • School of Crocs | 10:30-11:30 a.m. | Northside Branch | Kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to meet friends from the Newport Aquarium.
