With a slight breeze in the air + leaves falling to the ground, there’s no better time to get outdoors. There’s no shortage of exploring to do thanks to Lexington Parks & Recreation Outdoor Programming lineup.

From Mindful Moments to Rest & Reconnect Outdoors, here are seven events that are giving all the peaceful vibes during the change of seasons:
