To continue furthering its mission of community building + enrichment, Lexington Parks & Recreation announced it will debut a new pricing structure called, “Count Me In.”

In previous years, scholarships were only available for select youth programs and events. However, beginning Monday, Jan. 1, 2024, any program or event that requires payment will be eligible for a 50% discount for qualifying households — for both children and adults.

“Our mission at Lexington Parks & Recreation is to build community and enrich life through parks, programs, and play,” said Monica Conrad, Director of Lexington Parks & Recreation. “To meet that mission, we need to make sure everyone, no matter their financial situation, can participate and enjoy the many amazing events, programs, camps, and facilities we offer.”

To qualify, Lexington residents can fill out this form and return it via mail or drop-off at Parks & Recreation, 545 N. Upper St., Lexington, KY 40508.
