Asked: Are you part of a walking club?

We recently asked our readers about local run clubs, but now we want to know about walking clubs.

Should we start a LEXtoday walking club?

We know Lexington was born to run. We’re home to several running groups that are made to encourage, inspire, and connect runners with shared passions. Plus, with our gorgeous hiking trails to our public parks, there’s no shortage of ways to get outside here in LEX.

However, if you prefer a leisurely stroll, you’re not alone. Reader Lesley L. recently emailed us asking if we knew about any walking clubs downtown. So we figured we’d ask the experts out there.

Are you part of a walking club? Are you interested in starting one? Drop us a line to let us know if you’d like to step up your game.
